Invisible Fence Perfect Start Training
Our training program is customized to your pet. The minimum number of training sessions needed to contain your dog/cat is two (2). Typically, we start the training after we install the Invisible Fence. On day 1, we spend 45-60 minutes with your dog/cat. About half of that first session is spent inside the house or in a quiet place. The first part of the training is designed to indoctrinate your pet to the collar, flags and warning sound. The collar will be programmed to a training level so your pet will only feel a tickle instead of a shock. After your pet begins to respond, we then take him or her in to the yard to teach them their new boundaries. Our trainer will pull your pet in and out of the signal field. We will use a lot of positive reinforcement and treats. After day 1, your pet will not be contained. On days 2 through 4, your dog/cat must be on a leash. He/she will continue to learn for the next several days. On days 2 through 4, your pet must continue to get reinforcement from you or your trainer. This typically takes about 15-20 minutes per day. On day 5, the trainer will return to complete the containment training and the distraction training. This training session will last approximately 45-60 minutes. The collar strength will be increased to a level that forces your pet to display an appropriate reaction such as barking, yelping or jumping. 95% of the time, your pet will be completely trained after 5 days. The instructor will inform you that your pet is fully contained. If your pet needs further training, the instructor will notify you.

Does Invisible Fence work inside of your home?
Yes, we can provide indoor units (Shields) to keep your dog or cat secluded from designated places or furniture in your home. The Shield works similar to the way the wire works in your yard. The Shield provides a circular signal of one to five feet. The Shield works in conjunction with the same Invisible Fence Digital Collar. The collar produces a correction (shock) to the pet that crosses in to the signal field. The Shield is most commonly used to protect countertops, couches, kitchen tables, front doors and staircases. I have 2 Shields in my own home. One prevents my cat (Moe) from licking our kitchen faucet. The second shield is utilized to keep my dog (Petey)from ransacking the cat litter and cat food. This product is guaranteed with the training that we provide.

How does Invisible Fence work?
First of all, Invisible Fence will work. The system has a money back guarantee.
The system is made up of a transmitter (that is installed typically in your garage), wire (that is installed 5-7 inches deep in your yard), and a digital collar for each cat or dog that you are trying to contain. Your pets are trained by our professionals to turn away from the warning signal that is produced as your pet gets close to the wire. We also use other methods of training your pets such as basic commands and flags. If your pet does not turn away, they will be corrected (shocked). Each digital collar is set and customized to your pet depending on their individual need. The correction will not hurt your pet. But, it will surprise them. The concept is to create respect for the fence. You will be amazed how quickly they will learn the system. Our Perfect Start training Program typically takes about 5 days to ensure total containment.
